Following extensive monitoring, we have officially declared this incident fully resolved.
Our Senior Engineering team successfully implemented a permanent fix to the platform's SMTP routing configuration yesterday (Saturday, May 16), which immediately restored normal inbound mail flow. We have monitored the cluster closely over the last 24 hours to ensure absolute platform stability and queue clearance.
All incoming and outgoing email delivery services across the Canada16 cluster are functioning natively. Any backlogged messages held by external sending servers during the disruption window should now be completely delivered.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this infrastructure issue.

Investigating
We are actively investigating an issue affecting incoming email delivery for domains hosted on the Canada16 platform cluster.
A server-level SMTP routing restriction is currently causing incoming messages from certain external and internal networks to be rejected with a 554 5.7.1 error.
Current Status:
- Our Senior Engineering team is fully aware and actively working on a resolution.
- Outbound email, webmail, and all existing data remain completely secure and unaffected.
- This is a platform-level event; no changes are required on your individual device or mailbox settings.
We will provide further updates here as soon as new information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
