What’s Happening:

Some emails sent from Rebel Cloud Email to Yahoo addresses may be delayed or returned. Clients may see a message like:

> “This mail has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Yahoo requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM. Authentication results: DKIM = FAILURE - SPF = FAILURE.”

This is due to stricter email verification policies on Yahoo’s side.

Our Email Team is actively working on improvements to reduce these delivery issues. No action is required from your side, and other email recipients are not affected.
